Online Sales Policy



Thank you so much for your interest in Love it at Stella’s Bridal & Fashions online shop! We are so glad you’re here. We would love the opportunity to see you in person. We are happy to offer our customers an online experience, great deals and the convenience of buying online with our online shop!


Please understand that Love It at Stella’s Bridal & Fashions is a small business, with a very small staff of 5 people, that also operates a brick and mortar physical store in Westminster, MD where we serve customers daily. Therefore, we try our best to offer you the same top tier customer service that you could receive in person.


We guarantee that we will process your order in a timely fashion as soon as it is received, however, we do require 2 business days to process your order before shipping in case of any discrepancies. Love It at Stella’s is not open during most national holidays unless otherwise noted. We do require payment in full to process your order. It is also important to note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the very rare case that you receive the wrong item, you will be issued a credit and asked to return it and sent the correct item. No returns or credits will be issued for any other reason other than indicated above. Please understand that we are human and can make mistakes.


We are authorized retailers for all of our available designers and can order virtually any item for you from their collections. Most of the items we have listed on our online shop are “sale” items and are not available for order in different sizes and colors other than what is shown. However, most gowns in our galleries on our site – loveitatstellas.com – are available for order in various colors and sizes. Please inquire at 443-289-8832 for more information on ordering items listed or not listed on our online shop.


Please note that many items on our online shop are “sale” items, meaning that they are marked down in price due to a specific reason. For example, many of our sale items are discontinued sample dresses that the designer no longer makes. That means you can get a great deal on dresses that are no longer available for order and may show some wear from try on – including but not limited to; missing beads, frayed lace, or small runs in mesh or other fabrics. They are still beautiful items that we will sell in our brick and mortar store for a discounted price and are absolutely able to be mended by our seamstress or a seamstress of your choice for a fee. They are marked down for a reason and you receive the deducted price due to these circumstances.


Our items that are not in the “sale” category are listed as the designer’s MSRP. This price is dictated by our designers and we will not list it any lower than the designer’s MSRP. We do not price match and will not price our items lower than the designer’s MSRP because this would be considered a breach in our contract with our designers.
