But behind the scenes, a legal battle was unfolding.
In 2020, Hayley became locked in a years-long legal fight with the parent company that owned the rights to her name. The battle wasn’t just about trademarks—it was about identity, creativity, and control. She was ultimately barred from designing under her own name and even from using her social media accounts. For a long time, the bridal world went quiet for Hayley Paige.
Until now.
After reclaiming the legal rights to her name in a landmark victory, Hayley is back—on her own terms—and she’s rewriting the story with a brand-new couture collection: Twice Upon a Time.
